IN-LINE DESIGN SESSION GUIDANCE INTERACTIVE CHECKLIST for effectively navigating the In-Line Design Session process. An In-Line Design Session can be requested for the following when criteria are met:  Minimum account spend - $20K  In-Line Base garment(s) in multiple colorways, multiple lettering placements with intricate logos and embellishments and needs design assistance.  Exceptions to the above criteria can be requested for high profile customers with manager and DVP approval. REMINDERS: • In-Line Design Sessions are not necessary if all styles (garment, lettering, embellishments) are in VDS/Corel or are available through the Presale quote/ VPT process. Always check for available In-line embellishments using these resources: VSF Embellishment Resources | VASF Embellishment Resources • In-Line Design Sessions are NOT allowed for custom garments and pattern/ construction changes. These should be requested through the VID process if the customer qualifies. In-Line Design Sessions can be requested If Garments, lettering, or embellishments are NOT available in VDS/ Corel/ CLR-VPT process, and you are unable to complete the design. Calls will be held M-F at 10-11 am and 2-3 pm Central Time. Call times outside of this schedule may be accommodated when possible. BEST PRACTICE — Call this a CUSTOM COLLECTION Piece or Garment- In-Line is a Varsity term and customers can interpret that as in-stock. We are giving customers that think they need or want a VID that feeling of a custom design session. Calls can be Designer and Rep only or include the customer. Rep attendance is required on all calls as a coordinator will not be on the call. Note in the comments of your request if the customer is attending the call. The Call is to finalize the Design. Revision Calls will not be accepted. The Final output provided to the Customer and Rep will be a digital Visual Prototype. No physical prototype garments are made. If you need a physical prototype work with your manager on options prior to scheduling the call. Reps will be required to request the CLRs for all custom lettering and embellishments that are designed. Logos should be attached the Design Request but no CLRs should be created prior to the call
