VISUAL PROTOTYPE GUIDANCE

GARMENT WITH LETTERING | COLLEGIATE LICENSING: As a reminder, due to the nature of the Collegiate Licensing Process , visuals with custom lettering are needed for approval before approving the CLR for set-up in OMS. Please follow this guide when requesting CLRs and VPTs for colleges:  Request the CLR in SFDC. DO NOT APPROVE when the artist provides the artwork/style code.  Create the OMS Order. The pending CLR will not be set-up in OMS. Note the CLR style code within the parent garment voucher as well as any details needed for the artist.  Request the VPT in SFDC. Provide the same CLR comments in the additional comments section of the request. Upload the OMS Order Report & submit the request.  Approve the CLR in SFDC. Once you have gone through the COLLEGIATE LICENSING PROCESS and have received licensing approval, return to the CLR in SFDC & APPROVE.  Close the VPT Request in SFDC.
