VISUAL PROTOTYPE GUIDANCE

LETTERMAN JACKETS, SIGNS, MEGS (BOWS) If requesting a sketch/visual as a tool to explore sales

 In the Additional Comments box enter detailed information that will help the artist complete the sketch or if requesting an alternate color way, etc.  Select SAVE  In the Files section, click on Upload Files & upload all required files per request type: REQUEST TYPE REQUIRED FILES to upload SIGNS, MEGS, BOWS OMS Customer Summary LETTERMAN JACKETS OMS Customer Summary AND Color My Jacket front & back visuals

 Select Close.  Click on the Design Development Request hyperlink and select Submit Visual Prototype Request.  You will receive a chatter notification via email when the VPT has been loaded by the artist.  Click view comment to be taken directly to the VPT request.  In the Files section you can preview each visual, download and share with your customer.  IF A REVISION IS NEEDED , Select Request Revision and include details in the comments for the artist. [Please do NOT chatter the artist for revisions, use the correct process | 2 Revisions Max per VPT]  Select Submit for Revision.  You will receive a chatter notification via email when the VPT has been loaded by the artist.  Click view comment to be taken directly to the VPT request.  In the Files section you can preview the original & revision visuals, download, and share with your customer.  Select Close Visual Prototype Request when the VPT/DDR is confirmed/finalized.
