Varsity I.D. 2025 Program Guidelines

New for 2025- In-Line Design Sessions!

This option will allow you and your customer to work with a designer to build a customized wardrobe with in line garments (custom lettering allowed). • Final output provided to the customer will be a digital visual prototype. No physical prototype garments are made. • Availability for in-line design sessions is limited. Requests that meet the eligibility criteria will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. • Calls will be held M-F at 10:00-11:00 am and 2:00-3:00 pm central time. If alternate times are needed, please note that in the comment section of the request. • Requests can be submitted through SFDC by choosing the ‘In -Line Design Session Request ’ option when creating a new DDR and choosing ‘New Visual Prototype Request’ . • An OMS Customer Order Summary report or VDS PDF showing style codes must be uploaded to the request before submitting. Please provide as much detail as possible in the comment section of the request (budget, customer preferences, lettering options, logo files, etc.). Requests submitted without complete information will delay your call being scheduled. • Sessions can be rep and designer only or include the customer. Rep attendance is required on all calls. Please note in the comment section of your request if the customer is attending the call. • Custom lettering can be included as part of the design session. CLRs should not be requested prior to the call. Sales Rep will be required to submit CLRs after the call, if needed.

Eligibility (School/All Star):

o Customer is looking for multiple styles to complete their overall wardrobe (multiple garments or one garment in multiple colorways, multiple lettering placements, intricate logos and embellishments, etc.). o Minimum of $20K account spend o Exceptions made for high profile customers with manager and DVP approval.
