Varsity I.D. Custom Garment Development Guidelines Custom garments are only available to be ordered by the customer they were originally developed for. Styles cannot be updated to include alternate colorways/logos for other customer to order.
Program Criteria:
School: o Qty of 20 garments or $25K account spend o Can include uniform design or modification to an existing design (PW/GD/OW allowed with approval) o Exceptions made for high profile customer with manager and DVP approval o If garments are needed for the 2025-2026 season (September 2025), initial designs must be processed by May 1 st with revisions completed by June 27 th Uniform Design $400 retail (before tax/shipping); discounts require DVP approval ▪ Practice wear and warm-ups allowed on new silhouettes o Tier 2: $75K-$199K PY account spend ▪ Uniform Design $400 retail (before tax/shipping); discounts require DVP approval Practice wear and warm-ups allowed on existing sublimated bases o If garments are needed for the 2025-2026 season (November 2025), initial designs must be processed by June 27 th with revisions completed by August 22 nd o Exceptions made for high profile customer with manager and DVP approval All Star: o Tier 1: $200K PY account spend ▪
