Requests for Reactivation of Styles, Youth, Size Extensions and Discontinued Fabrics

All requests should be chattered in the OMS & Item Setup Information group in SFDC, along with the information noted below. The requests will be reviewed, and styles reactivated or added into OMS, where applicable. The OMS team will chatter the Sales Rep if the request is able to be fulfilled. The Sales Rep will be advised if changes are needed to process. Allow 1-2 business days for all chatter requests to be completed.

A denial on a request is considered final. Reps should not submit the same request through the DDR process.

• Fill-Ins on Previous Customs :

o If the style codes are active in OMS, they can continue to be ordered. o If the style codes are no longer active, please chatter the OMS & Item Setup Information group in SFDC. The codes will be reviewed and reactivated, or the Sales Rep will be advised if changes are needed to proceed. • Youth Sizes on in-line styles : (note: youth sizes can only be requested on styles currently featured in the catalogs/design book. They are NOT considered an extended size. Youth styles require development on a youth pattern base and fit approval) o Catalog Style o Size(s) Requested o Quantity- must be confirmed order and quantity of 10+ prior to requesting • Discontinued fabrics : o Catalog Style o Quantity o Fabric needed o Detailing of prompts • Size Extensions : o Catalog Style o Size(s) Requested
