SUBMITTING A CHANGE REQUEST IN SALESFORCE (SFDC)

1. Search for your order number at the search bar at the top of Salesforce

2. Click on the Order ID associated with that order number

3. Hover over the quick link for ‘Cases’ and then click on the ‘New Case’ button

4. Once you click on ‘New Case’ you will be given the drop -down option of new cases.

Protip: All the available case record types are listed below the drop-down box along with a description to assist you with choosing the correct case type.

5. Choose the drop- down option labeled ‘Change Request’ and then click the ‘Continue’ button.
