SUBMITTING A CHANGE REQUEST IN SALESFORCE (cont.)

6. Select your case reason type: Change of Address on Order - this will request a change to the billing or shipping address of the entire order. or Change Line Item Information - this will allow you to change address, detailing, sizing, and/or quantity on selected vouchers.

7. If Change of Address on Order is selected, fill out the ‘Subject’ text box and the ‘Description’ text box.

Then scroll down and fill in the address information for the address type you need to change (billing, shipping or alt address). The click Save.

After clicking ‘Save’ , your request will be assigned a case number.
