15. Them click into the ‘Cases’ link
16. Once inside ‘Cases’, choose ‘My Accounts Open Cases’ from the drop -down options and then click on the ‘Go!’ button
17. Here you can see the status of your cases and who currently is the owner of the case. You can click on the case # and go into that specific case for additional details.
18. You can also search for your order #, click on the OMS Order ID
19. Once you click on the OMS Order ID, you can hover on the Cases quick link and it will bring up all cases associated with the order.
