Use of Delivery Discount codes 27/72:

We will continue to offer the use of discount codes 27 and 72 when there has been a significant delivery delay (delays under 1 week do not qualify).

Guidelines when using these codes: -

27 is to be used only when providing free merchandise (100% discount) when the items ordered will not meet the customer’s need by date due to late delivery. The anticipated date on the order must be before the need by date with adequate time for shipping. For example, an anticipated ship date on a Friday when camp starts Monday, does not qualify. - 72 is to be used for partial discounts when there has been an order that did not meet the customer’s need by date due to late delivery. The anticipated date on the order must be before the need by date with adequate time for shipping. For example, an anticipated ship date on a Friday when camp starts Monday, does not qualify. - If free merchandise is given via code 27 , then code 72 cannot also be used on a future order referencing the same voucher. Any additional discounts given will use discount code 20 . - If 27 or 72 is used in the same year of the delivery occurrence (which should be most of the time), then 27 or 72 cannot be used on future orders to retain business. Any additional discounts given will use discount code 20 . - If you are unsure if 27 or 72 can be used on an order, please reach out to Shannon Ahern for clarification. - Manager approval is required for use of either code on any order, regardless of the discount amount. RM can approve the discount in OMS directly or forward their approval to their SSR. - Any discount over $500 for school customers and over $1,000 for all-star customers requires DVP approval. If DVP approval required, RM will forward their email approval to DVP for final approval; once approved, DVP will copy Brandi Stephenson on approval email.
