3. Uncheck the box- Keep Team Shop open with optional items only (both boxes should be unchecked) 4. Then click the * Finalize button 5. Popup- click Okay 6. Go to OMS 7. Search for the order number and cancel it 8. OR the rep can skip 1-7 and just - go back to OMS 9. Pull up the Team Shop Pending order 10. Go to the payment screen and unlock the order 11. Cancel the order 12. Then in Salesforce 13. Remove the unlocked order number from the OMS Team Order Number Field 14. Save Reopen Store under new rep’s number 1. Pull up the old Team Shop order 2. Copy the order 3. Get the order ready in OMS a. Add any rep descriptions, fill out sizing screen, add shipping or line item discounts b. Review Audit Screen for any issues 4. Once ready to go- on the payment screen click ‘Open Team Shop’ 5. Go back to Salesforce and enter the new order number in the OMS Team Order Number Field 6. Click- Save 7. Setup the store (Team Shop instructions can be used) Most reps do not finalize their stores anymore, they choose to just unlock and lock through OMS to open up the OMS Team Order Number Field. Below is verbiage on how the *Finalize Team Order Section: The Finalize button in SFDC is for when you are done with your store and want to close/unlock it to send the Team Shop Pending status order to production. If you accidently Finalize your Team Shop, you can’t place it in Team Shop Pending status in OMS and lock it back into SFDC. you will need to redo the order (you can copy your current one), click the Open Team Shop button in OMS, then add the new order number into SFDC. Then go to the edit catalog and recheck the checkboxes and save, and then save and publish the store again. Let me know if you have any questions.
