TEAM SHOP ‘PENDING’ ORDER CLEAN UP INSTRUCTIONS [OLD ORDERS OR UPDATING ORDERS]

Search OMS for any Team Shop Pending Orders for their territory. • They need to change the Status to ‘Team Shop Pending’ in OMS and search. This will pull any order number that might be generating a Team Shop in Salesforce. • Then go to Salesforce and see if the Team Shop Pending order number is being used in Salesforce. On the child account screen scroll down to the Varsity Colors section and click ‘Shop Setup’. Then scroll down to the Team Shop Configuration section. Look to see if there is an order number in the OMS Team Order Number Field. There are three case scenarios at this point: 1. The field is empty 2. There is an order number but the field is not locked in 3. Lastly there is a locked in order number. (1) If the field is empty check the other child accounts to see if the rep used the order under a different one. If the Team Shop Pending order is not being used under any child accounts then: 1. Go back to OMS 2. Search for the Team Shop Pending order 3. Go to the payment screen and unlock the order 4. Cancel the order a. The rep can still copy items on the order at any time (2) If there is an order number in the field but it is not locked in: (this scenario will only occur if there is a glitch in the system but I have seen it) 1. Remove the order number from the field in SF 2. Save 3. Go back to OMS 4. Pull up the Team Shop Pending order 5. Go to the payment screen and unlock the order 6. Cancel the order a. The rep can still copy items on the order at any time (3) If the order is locked in Salesforce: 1. Go to the Edit Catalog 2. Review the items and see if a store should still be open with them 3. Whether or not you want to keep a store open we still need to close down store under the old reps# How to close store There are 2 options for cancelling the order under the old reps #: 1. Rep can finalize the store in SF 2. Scroll to the Finalize Team Order section
