TEAM SHOP | SET-UP CHECKLIST continued… SFDC – Edit Catalog:  At the top of the page, click “ Edit Catalog”. This will bring you to the OMS Team Order Items . o Under Product Name , rename the parent voucher items to match what the squad calls the items so when they log on, they see for example, “Red Briefs” instead of MFSH13Q. o For personalization vouchers, be specific with instructions. For example, rename MNSN1 with “Enter your name” so they don’t leave it blank or try and enter initials or a grad year by mistake. o Check any applicable boxes:  For required items such as uniforms or warm-ups , check, Required – Ship to Coach . You can also check to allow for size modifications from the size entered in OMS, if applicable.  For all optional items, check Optional - Ship to Individual . o Scroll to the top and click “ Save”. o Note! You will need to do this for each page if you have multiple pages of items and click “Save”, before clicking to the next page!  Once you’ve done this for every page, scroll to the top and click the “ Shop Setup” button.  Double check all information is correct and click “ Save”.  Click “ Publish Store”. YOUR TEAM SHOP IS NOW OPEN!!!  Once the store has been published, click Preview Team Shop to view it from the customer’s perspective. ________________________________________________________________________ MAKING EDITS TO AN OPEN TEAM SHOP:  In OMS, on the Team Shop main order #, visit the Payment tab and click “ Edit Team Shop ”. [Note – the Team Shop will be inaccessible to your customer during this time]  In VDS, detail all items you will be editing or adding to the Team Shop.  In VDS, add those items to the cart and then send them to your existing Team Shop, OMS Order.  Follow instructions on page 1 , under the OMS section to complete any necessary steps, and to reopen the Team Shop. OMS will prompt you if changes need to be made in SFDC.  If changes are necessary, access the Team Shop in SFDC, and then follow instructions above, under the SFDC – Edit Catalog section.
