Tip: If AS400 becomes unresponsive, try pressing the CTRL key to reset your cursor. � Find Remake # | Check Return Status 5. Type 1 for Detail Inquiry, then select Enter . 6. Enter the Order # , then select Enter . o If there is a return on any voucher, the voucher # will be Red . 7. Select F11 8. Select Enter on the next Returns & Exchanges Screen. The Status Column will either display: o C = Closed | O = Open 9. The cursor is a utomatically placed in the SEL Column, Type X , then Enter to view return comments. 10. Select Enter to view Returning/Requesting info. 11. Copy the Remake # listed tow ards the bottom right of the screen o PRO TIP! Select the entire Remake # with your cursor , Select Edit from the AS400 ribbon (next t o file) , select Copy 12. Select F7 to return to Order Detail Screen. 13. Select F1 to return to Detail Inquiry 14. View the return order status by selec ting Edit from the AS400 ribbon, select Paste , Enter � Search Orders for a Customer 1. Type 1 for Detail Inquiry 2. Select F10 for Customer Search 3. Enter all search criteria ( field s are case sensitive) o Company Number: 01 o Zip Code o State/City o En ter Customer Number, then select Enter OR Enter Customer Name, Type D next to correct customer, then Enter 4. Type X next to order then select Enter to view
