GUIDANCE CHECKLIST for effectively navigating the VID Custom Garment Development process.

A VID Session can be requested for All Star Gyms if all of the following criteria are met (2025 guidelines): Tier 1:

➢ $200K Prior Year account spend. ➢ VID uniform design retail of $400+ (before tax and shipping) ➢ Practice Wear and warm-ups allowed on new silhouettes.

Tier 2:

➢ $75K- $199K Prior Year account spend. ➢ VID uniform design retail of $400+ (before tax and shipping) ➢ Practice Wear and warm-ups allowed on existing Sublimated Bases ➢ Exceptions for High Profile Customers with Manager and DVP approval ➢ All In-Line options have been exhausted. ➢ $25K prior year account spend. ➢ Quantity of 20 garments ➢ Exceptions for High Profile Customers with Manager and DVP approval

A VID Design Session can be requested for School Customers if all of the following criteria are met:

Timelines (note: timelines are NOT a guarantee as they depend on current production- Your manager can give you better estimated current timelines): ➢ Initial concept/ Customer meeting- TBD-dependent on Sales/ Customer ➢ Prototype setup in OMS (once initial design approved by customer)- 3-5 business days. ➢ Prototype manufacturing- 4-5 weeks. ➢ Customer feedback on Prototype- TBD- dependent on Sales/Customer (you control the timeline here) ➢ Revisions (if necessary)- 3-4 weeks ➢ Final Order Manufacturing- 8-12 weeks ➢ Total Time End to End: 13-17 (not including customer design time and approval time)

REMINDERS:

Must Include all concepts (logos, customer likes and does not like ): Corel, VDS, VPT, Vision Board with Inspiration Images. These will be attached to the DDR in SFDC. Calls will not be scheduled without this information!! All communication regarding the Varsity ID request should be in chatter on the VID record, for visibility by both the coordinator and designer.
