After the Call

 In the Files section you can preview each visual, download and share with your customer.  Request all CLR’s on one DDR and explain stone size(s), placements, colors in notes ALONG with attaching the visual to CLR’s. The more information the artists have the better the result. (Do not approve the CLRs until your customer is confident in the design and price)  Once style codes are completed get the QUOTE back to the customer as quickly as possible.  BEST PRACTICE - Have the customer sign the VPT sketch.  IF A REVISION IS NEEDED , Select Request Revision and include details in the comments for the artist. This will not be a new call, just a VPT revision request. [Please do NOT chatter the artist for revisions, use the correct process | 2 Revisions Max per VPT]  Select Submit for Revision.  You will receive a chatter notification via email when the VPT has been loaded by the artist.  Click view comment to be taken directly to the VPT request.  In the Files section you can preview the original & revision visuals, download, and share with your customer.  Select Close Visual Prototype Request when the VPT/DDR is confirmed/finalized.
