Sending Merchandise to Varsity for Lettering to be Added
Steps for Ordering:
1. Start a new order in OMS. ✓ On the header screen- include comments “sending product to Appling for lettering” 2. Leave the order at “In Progress” status until you are notified that the product has been received at Appling. ✓ Order the lettering only, do not reorder the parent product. 3. Prepare to ship garments to Appling: ✓ Garments must be clean/laundered ✓ Include a customer summary inside your box 4. Ship garments to Appling:
Varsity Spirit Fashions Attn: Laura Phillips/ Adding Lettering 3131 Appling Rd Bartlett, TN 38133
5. After you have shipped garments to Appling: ✓ Email tracking information to:
Laura Phillips lphillips@varsity.com and Paula Nelson pnelson@varsity.com
✓ Include your new order # in the subject line of the email. ✓ Once notified the garments have been received, send your order in OMS.
What Qualifies?
Company Error o
Plant/Factory error- lettering was ordered but omitted from the order o In this scenario, please enter a return alteration in OMS. Make sure to enter comments on the Return header describing your scenario. o The Returns Department will provide information on where to send the garments. Rep Error o Rep forgot to include lettering that customer intended to order. o In this scenario, follow the steps for ordering below to add lettering. ▪ MTO garments with lettering that is sewn to sleeves or pant legs will require remakes. ▪ Heat press cannot be added on top of heat press. (Burst or overlay on top of another item already heat pressed.
This is not a service for adding additional lettering to previously ordered items. Orders will receive regular anticipated ship dates from the time of order entry. Allow for a minimum of 4 weeks.
