Reason Code: Evaluation

▪

Return Type: HMR

▪ Return Comments : Include as many details about the area of concern

▪ Return Sizing Screen : Enter the size(s) you are sending in for evaluation

▪ Please note : If Evaluation is for color, quality, or construction, only one garment needs to be returned. If it’s a size evaluation, one of each size should be returned.

▪ Write the Customer #, Order #, and note ’Evaluation’ on the outside of the box.
