EMAILING PHOTOS – Shoes: ▪ When submitting a photo for Varsity shoes, please include the Order # and Customer #. ▪ Customers DO NOT need to return defective shoes in order to receive credit. Instead, email a photo to returnspictures@varsity.com.

EMAILING PHOTOS - GENERAL INFO: In many situations, photos of incorrect or defective garments may be emailed to the office. ▪ OMS: Enter return as an HMR . In comments, indicate ‘ digital pic emailed for evaluation ’ . ▪ Upon approval, a remake order will be created. In most cases, garments do not have to be shipped back to Varsity. You can either keep the items or dispose them. Exceptions : There are still some scenarios that will require actual garments to be sent for evaluation. Some examples are fit/sizing spec issues, color issues , etc …
