SUBMITTING A RUSH REQUEST IN SALESFORCE (cont.)
6. Select your case reason (late, internal error, or external error), fill out your subject and description. The description field should be used to explain the details of why these items need to be placed on rush. Also, if you need the items delivered to a different address than the original shipping address on the main order, you will include change of address on this page prior to clicking ‘Save”.
7. Once saved, scroll down to the ‘Select Request Form Line Items’ section. Checkmark the vouchers you are requesting to rush. You can check the box at the header bar to select all vouchers at one time if needed. Once checkmark has been made, click ‘Add to Form’ .
8 . Scroll down to the ‘Request Form Items’ section. Click ‘Edit; to enter the rush information. If you have multiple vouchers you are requesting, you can click ‘Edit All’ in the header to open field for all vouchers being rushed, at one time.
9 . Enter the ‘Need by Date’ for the rush you are requesting. If you are changing the delivery address, you will also need to select primary or alternate address for that voucher. Once complete, click ‘Save’.
