Qty Rhinestone All over Design Pricing: Per last year's competitive rhinestone all over design scenarios, the below QTY pricing will be what the lettering team follows for a minimum of 75 and up. Vouchers can be combined to total 75 only on styles with a Y code that are INSTOCK and required to be separated per packaging and the supplier. Quantity pricing for rhinestone all-over designs will be broken out by the following quantity blocks: 75-250

All Over Embellishment Designs for Practice wear ONLY: (this is not applicable for uniforms or other categories) STEP 1 - To receive quantity pricing the request must start with an Inline Design Session OR VID custom PW sessions STEP 2 - Please include the anticipated quantity to be ordered in your DDR request in Salesforce in the comments section STEP 3 - A Varsity I.D. designer will create the stone motifs on inline base garments (made to order & in stock) OR custom silhouettes where applicable STEP 4 - When the design is approved, the Varsity I.D. coordinator will submit CLRs on the sale specialist's behalf Coordinator will include quantities in CLRs notes for the custom lettering team Retail listed in the CLR will reflect quantity pricing and will not require any adjustments for OMS setup

NO DISCOUNTS may be applied to lettering vouchers receiving quantity pricing, as this is already a discounted retail. Second Update: Requirements and how to request the new Advanced Coloring Swarovski Crystal: Requirements: • Account Spend: $200,000 minimum • Timeline: Customer agrees to 4–5-month development window

• The standard development process timeline is four (4) months and includes the creation and review of samples. Upon final approval, production lead time is an additional twelve(12) to sixteen (16) weeks for inventory to arrive for the confirmed production order. Crystal will be available to that customer exclusively for a 2 year fill in policy as a minimum. If a customer requires a longer cycle, we will purchase to fulfill. • Competitive Situation: DVP approval required if competitive OR for lower account spend • If requirements are not met, the process will stop • NO DISCOUNTS may be applied to this new Swarovski crystal Process Steps: STEP 1 - To initiate and qualify for this type of crystal the DDR request must be submitted by 2/15/26 in Salesforce STEP 2 - Request a minimum of 2 uniform designs utilizing crystal color to hit Swarovski minimum purchase & provide Pantone color or Varsity fabric color for reference in your DDR STEP 3 - A Varsity I.D. Coordinator will receive the DDR request and provide an internal form to the sales specialist to have a customer signature provided to guarantee development and the purchase STEP 4 - Two options for the customer prototype:

Select an alternate crystal color for the garment while the new crystal is in development Where applicable additional sample WITH new crystals will be provided if timeline aligns OR hold for new crystal sample supply to be provided (only recommended for teams designing 1 year in advance and NOT in the same season)
