SECTION 4 Sublimated Patch - ICFV

NOTE: ICFV lettering is only available on custom garments (VID) and is approved in the feasibility process.

Sublimated coated fabric is a style of cut lettering that includes sublimation on “Motionflex” or coated fabric. This style allows for a more detailed design using all available sublimated colors.

ICFV Rules ICFVs are set up as a single cohesive piece of white coated fabric with the lettering design sublimated on top. It should not be split into multiple pieces.

Like coated fabric and tackle twill, the outline of an ICFV must be a solid color of at least .15” width with an absolute minimum of .13” width to be sewn to the garment.

This lettering type should not include any standard fabric layers. It should ONLY be one layer of white coated fabric.

Artboard Setup The coated fabric and sublimated portions of this lettering should be set up as seen below. The logo on top shows the complete logo, while the COATED FABRIC and SUB ART below show the elements separated.
