Sublimated patch.

Like standard coated fabric, using sublimated yardage. Used when customer needs a color outside of our dyed fabric range.

Design is usually sublimated on a single layer of FWH. May rarely have additional layers of coated fabric through VID only.

Design can be multi-layered like standard coated fabric.

More complicated or smaller than standard coated fabric allows.

All layers must follow cut and sew specs of coated fabric.

Allows for gradients. Gradients will require a separate EPS for artwork. Only available for custom garments through Varsity ID, or rare cases for high priority customers.

Price based on # of letters and colors, plus the amount of 4”x4” “sublimated letters” needed to cover the size. Sublimation color on coated fabric requires a custom color, which is based on the sublimation color and the type of fabric being sublimated on.

No gradients.
